Default ACORN Turns in 5000 Reistrations - First 2100 all Fraudulent - CNN

Great news Obamanoids ... link is CNN ...

Quote:
This is one of those news stories you can hardly believe. In Lake County, Indiana, ACORN turned in 5,000 new registrations. The authorities there started reviewing them, and quit after they found that the first 2,100 were all fraudulent. The mind boggles: ACORN turns in thousands of new registrations, and not a single one represents a legitimate voter. Here is CNN's report:

Word is Indiana (red state) is now in play ... Ya Think !!!

ACORN is required BY LAW to turn in ALL REGISTRATIONS, even those registrations that they KNOW are fraudulent.

ACORN claims that they mark any obviously fraudulent registrations.

Please prove the following:

1. That those 2100 fraudulent registrations weren't marked as suspicious by ACORN

2. That those fraudulent registrations would logically and necessarily lead to voter fraud (i.e. that they wouldn't be caught by the VERY PEOPLE WHOSE JOB IT IS TO VALIDATE REGISTRATIONS and that ACORN has people in the wings to try to vote using those fraudulent registrations

That's really bad. Too bad it has zero to do with Obama.

Really?? Please provide a link where it says that. Otherwise they are a party to fraud. Fraud in the law is defined as, " an affirmative misrepresentation of a material fact inducing detrimental reliance." It seems that submitting voter registrations that are obviously false ( 2100 in a row leads one to an obvious conclusion)and done knowingly is not within ACORN or any group's mandate and I challenge you to show me the link that says it is....

2100, is that all. Pfft, if it was like 2101, then it would be bad.

Nothing more to see here. Please move along.

State seeks voter fraud probe in Lake County | IndyStar.com | The Indianapolis Star

Quote:
In a letter to Attorney General Steve Carter, Secretary of State Todd Rokita said Friday he had received "credible evidence" of voter fraud involving the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, a group that works to recruit low-income voters, who tend to lean Democratic.
Quote:
Rokita said, however, that an initial review of the evidence from Lake County appears to support the allegations.
"I think there look to be some felonious actions taken here and also there's at least one misdemeanor action that might be involved," he said.
The investigation won't be completed before the Nov. 4 election, he said.
