Electoral College Nightmare
there is a possibility that McCain and Obama will each get 269 electoral votes - 1 shy of winning. In that case, the election will to to the House, which is sure to vote for Obama. However, the VP gets picked by the Senate. Dems have a 50 to 49 advantage in the Senate. But Joe Lieberman will cast his vote for Palin. That means Dick Cheney gets to break a 50-50 tie. In the end, it might be Obama-Palin.
