By not opposing this criminally irresponsible history of the Democrats -- and the only effective way to do that is to support the Republicans now -- you are in effect actually siding with the Democrats, I am sad to say.

I've seen some sucky politics in my years, but this latest round by the Dems is pure 100% hypocrisy. This time they have gone too far.

And the whole world is watching.

Wait 'til Rush, Coulter, Fox and the rest expound on this. After them, the nets and CNN will have to get on board, and then the fan gets REALLY dirty!!!

Sure you still wanna run your trip 6s into that possible flush???

Do you have the flush yet? Or are you still drawing to it? Depends entirely on what my pot odds are. But then, I'd never expect you to know the intricacies of whatever you're ever talking about.

Anyhow, I notice you haven't even acknowledged Boy King's "Ownership Society"... Just stated it's wrong, offered an obnoxious emote, then re-iterated what everyone has accepted as at least partial truth. Blah, blah blah...

The difference between clowns like you, Fog, and everyone else here? We acknowledge that both sides of Washington are to blame. You honestly believe the Con men are beyond reproach. Rinse, repeat.

Amen. I totally agree.

the way I see it Ron Paul is the only one who cares about the long term future of this country and for this he is a true Patriot.

He would get my vote if he ran. I need to know more about Barr.

Democrats, or I should say, the democratic party, have their set of problems, but republicans are no better! The first thing the pubs did when GW took office was SPEND! The GOP has been hijacked by the extremist wing of it's party, and dems theirs. This country is devoid of any principled leadership at the moment. I don't think either ticket who stands to inherit the reigns for the next 4 years is the answer either. It's why I refuse to vote for Coke or Pepsi come November.

I'll stack the Republican record of fiscal responsibility against the Dem Party, from the beginning in the 1800s until today. The only time the Repubs have deviated has been when they weakly submitted to the Dem line, as the Repub Congress did from 2001 until they lost their majority in 2007. They had ample opportunity to pass the proper legislation to avoid this horrific mess but allowed themselves to get "snookered" by the likes of Barney Frank and his bleatings about "affordable housing", code for: "free money, at the tax-payers' expense and the future expense of America's economy".

Frank should be taken to court and sent to prison for the rest of his life.

So what you're saying is that a Republican House, Senate, and President, when behaving in such a way to precipitate the world's greatest string of deficits, were in fact just channeling their inner Democrats.

If the truth will set you free, you, Fog, are in maximum security under 24-hour sillycide watch.
