Default 76 points in 4 1/2 quarters
From 11:08 of the 3rd quarter in the Buffalo game, to 4:42 of the 3rd quarter in the Denver game, that Pats scored 76 points.

During that span, they had:
  • 14 total drives
  • 105 total plays
  • drives of 16, 16, 14, 12 plays
  • 10 touchdowns
  • 2 field goals
  • 2 punts

I see room for improvement.

I think having a feeling that Ghost could be unreliable at times might have lit a fire under the Offenses @ss. Let just say Brady and company said they dont want any game to come down to him...Adam V ain't coming through that door. Till then Touchdowns and Touchdown and more Touchdowns.

Oddly enough, if they scored those 22 points, they'd have exactly the same number of points that the Jets have scored all season.

We literally should've scored 70-80 points in the Buffalo game if not for a couple of drops and missed FG's. That's how dominant the OL and Brady was in that game. Just some poor execution by Gronk, Welker, Lloyd, Ghost.

Wow.....I am so glad you did this math because I was talking about this on the way out of the stadium on sunday. I didnt know the exact time and total points but in my head I had came up with 70 something points in 5 quarters (same basic span you spoke of).

I kept saying it to whoever would listen to my rambling on the way to the car

76 points in 4.5 quarters is equivalent to 67.5 points in 4 quarters
