Let's be cautious... These dudes blew out the Ravens last year so they are capable.

I think this game comes down to a few things for the Titans to win..

1) Can Chris Johnson revert back to his demolition of NFL front 7s and plow for 150 yards?

2) Can rookie WR Kendell Wright play as good as he looked in preseason?,because he is starting in place of Britt

3) Can the Titans DL take advantage of a revamped Patriots OL and make life miserable for Brady?

If the Titans can show promise on any or all of those scenarios then the Patriots will be in for a dogfight all game.

Seriously, they need to rewatch the game again. How can you be running up the score when you pull the Goat, and other starters in the third qtr? The titans couldnt tackle our Minute Men that day

Anyway, I'll stir them up this weekend with my collection of jerseys
Are you on one of their forums or do you mean local fans since you live in TN? I'm wondering if they have a good football forum for discussion.

I'm not worried about the first two options, but I am expecting some of this one.

I was talking about the locals. I honestly don't know any good forums, other than this one. I hate the Titans
I've never had an intelligent football conversation with a Titans fan. They still believe we shouldve been stripped of our SB wins. I'd rather talk to Jets fans. Seriously, I see a powder blue jersey walking toward me, and my blood boils. It's a wonder I havent killed any of them yet

Did I mention I hate Titan fans?

Sorry I couldnt be more helpful to ya

They do have Locker at qb.

Would be interesting to see if he's shown any improvement.

I guess I would be a pretty miserable fan if the only chance my team had to win a Super Bowl in the past decade came by defeat by less than a yard.

You would think they would hate the Rams more than NE.

The Pats recently have had some pretty close and dissapointing SB losses, but none have been THAT close as Titans fans have witnessed....

I think I would respectfully disagree with that statement entirely, to be honest with you.

The Rams were beating the Titans by a full TD, 24-17. Although the Titans were approx. 1-2 yrd short of scoring, that would have only tied the game.

In the Patriots case(s), they were winning both games in the last couple of minutes (in the last one it was 69 seconds remaining). I would certainly think that the last 2 last minute miracle drives and losses in the biggest stage of all sports, to the same team no less, would easily trump whatever heartache the TEN fans had about coming up short to potentially TIE the game.

Just my opinion though.

I think he's shown enough improvement in the aspect that he beat out a proven vet in Hasselback to win the starting job, although that may/may not mean a lot.

We'll be able to see his potential improvement soon enough. Let's hope that he's at least looking somewhat like the Locker of his rookie season early on when they play on Sunday.

To be honest, it's the defense that I would have more concern with. Kamerion Wimbley and a couple others looked incredibly good at times this preseason. Although they were 'only' going against the preseason scrubs at times, I still think the front seven poses more of a threat than other teams, especially at a time when Brady and the offense have not totally found themselves as of yet.

I am certainly expecting us to win, but I wouldn't be shocked at all if it were a lot closer than many predicted into the 3rd quarter or so.

Fans get worked into a frenzy by the local mediots...

But most of these teams have significant turnover of personnel.. who were not even around when that happened.

Muynchak is a life long Oiler/Titan, there have been a lot of losses in this history of this franchise...

On any given Sunday..
