On one hand it's a parent's job to raise their kids right but on the other hand for the parent's that DO raise their children to work hard, be respectful, etc. they deserve some credit with how they raised TB.

I think the adversity Brady face was a godsend for us too. Part of why he was drafted so late is because Carr was trying to get Hansen in at QB. Brady is the kind of person who doesn't exactly take that lying down. It made him work harder.
His whole early career he was always fighting from the bottom up. The fact that he spent so much time being in the shadow made him who he is just as much as getting drafted in the 6th round.
He dealt with not being 'the guy' and never wanted to be in that situation again, and he's dedicated the majority of his life to making sure he never is there again.
