Nope, although he was quoted as saying had it been offered he would have...
I believe the league pays for rings (or pays a predetermined amount to cover the cost of) for the players on the 53 man roster (and probably the coaching and FO staff). Who gets one beyond that is up to the team (to pay for) and/or the players. I believe the players voted on who on IR or otherwise inactive or on the PS got them in 2002 - possibly along with SB $$ shares. Katzenmoyer was offered one but declined. The team certainly would never have offered one to Glenn, he was trying to sue them over his signing bonus at the time - a suit he had to drop as part of his trade to GB. But he didn't have much support in the locker room, either. Many players believed he was faking injury to avoid playing in addition to not taking any responsibiity for his screw ups. A lot of guys in the NFL grow up under difficult circumstances and don't allow it to become an automatic excuse.
They cut Albert and if it ended there someone might have tried to make a case that he tried to help and was just not healthy. But then he went to work in TB and did the same damn thing so... No, if they win he will not get a ring.
