Default Question on a BB Spygate Quote

BB had this to say, regarding Matt Walsh and whether he was asked to be discreet, as he claims:

"He was never instructed to do that. Jimmy said that he never did that. But you can see the tapes of Matt filming the games. You can see him in the end-zone camera, shooting them. He’s as open as you can be. He’s standing there behind the camera in full Patriots gear, shooting the tapes. Those tapes go to every team in the league. You can make a judgment on that, Armen. You can see him standing there in the end zone shooting it. It’s not anything discreet.”

BB says that the tapes go to every team in the league as part of standard tape exchange. Than can't possibly mean that every team had a copy of the coaches signal tapes, can it?

To what would he be referring?

No, he's referring to the regular game tapes, which do go to every team and NFL films, that show Walsh standing, clear as day, shooting signals and other things, in Patriots gear.
