I heard a rumor from a friend who is an electrician that he heard from another guy who he works with who he considers a credible source that the Patriots are going to try to add seats to Gilette Stadium in the near future by closing in the open end. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY completely SKETCHY so please spare me the nasty replies and any mocking of this post. I was just wondering if anyone else knew anything about this because if it is true I think that would be pretty cool. I had not heard anything about this before.

Hopefully it's true because I've been saying this for awhile. By filling in the part highlighted in yellow, you add thousands of seats which lets people who've been waiting for years on the waiting list get STs; it also will help the crowd noise.

It would make sense though..
I actually think it doesn't make sense. It is admitting they did something wrong to one of the sate of the art faciliities. Which I am not saying they did.
The end was intentially left as open aired for a reason. To show off the New England touches (the light house and bridge). I don't think they are going to cover that stuff up.
