taylor price in a heart beat.. tate is a good ko returner... but sucks as a wr... he has struggeled ... i will take the next david givens in taylor price over brandon tate.. no brainer....

This poll is going to be so lopsided. Tate was on the hype train last year, Price is on it now.

Before last night there were a lot of folks here firmly in Tate's corner.

Or they could both make the team and Edelman be cut.

Or they could both make the team and either Branch or Ochocinco could be cut.

Or one of the Pats receivers could get injured and go on IR, with all those others mentioned above making the roster.

Obviously the initial reaction is going to favor Price; Tate didn't even dress for last night's game!

It's an entertaining exercise and a fun topic to debate, but it's way too premature to assume that one makes the roster and the other does not in my opinion.

I think Price is the more polished receiver. He was a full time receiver and part time return man at Ohio. Tate, was a returner extrodinaire at NC, and an above average receiver. I would like to keep both of them if possible, Branch, Welker and Ochocinco are no young pups, only have 2-3 years of high productabilty left (that's a guesstimation).

Price has the potential to be the pats #2 down the road, Tate got his chance IMO.

I love Price's slant route running, he's so fast it seems like he could break one at any time.
