Default Rams give offer to Moss?

Someone posted this in the Hashmarks blog. This does not seem all that legit, since the web site for KFNS says nothing.

dave00068 (7 hours ago) Report Violation | Ignore User At 9 pm KFNS in St Louis was reporting that the Rams have made an offer to Moss. Linehan was Moss's offensive coordinator at Minnesota. They said the with the loss of Bruce and the Jets landing Feneca that Moss was the next free agent targeted. 3 years at 12 mil year with 15 guaranteed.

I am sure if the Rams sign Moss for the big money Torry Holt will be really happy.

Rams have a horrible cap situation right now though. I think they're only at about 15 mil or something. And they gotta sign that #2 pick.
