Default Lousy day at practice.

Quote:
Here’s a quick note — apparently the Patriots practiced really poorly yesterday. Word around the team was that things got so bad, midway through the session, head coach Bill Belichick pulled everyone off the field. The pool report noted that the passing game in particular was in a funk.

Better for it to happen on Wednesday than Sunday. I mean really, this is nothing to be concerned about.

Not particularly concerned. Keep in mind that that's a bad practice by BB's standards. I'm glad he's still giving them grief even this week, "humble pie" is what got them here.

He said that about Monday's practice.

Yeah, I noticed that when the pool report mentioned it yesterday. Hopefully today goes a little smoother.

That was Tuesday's practice I believe.

I hope this is true, just in case anyone on the team was getting just a teeny bit complacent. What's that old show biz saying, bad rehearsal, good performance?

I'm almost positive he said it about his first day back at full practice (due to ankle speculation). Which would have been monday.

I'm a little unhappy to hear that, but, in the grand scheme of things, words like "lousy" and "funk" aren't very specific. In any case, I still can't see them coming out flat on Sunday.

I thought yesterday was Brady's first "full" practice. Could be wrong.
