Default Its human nature...

For a defense to sit back a little bit when you know that your offense will score 38 points. On Sunday we saw a Patriots defense that clearly understood that Brady was hurt. They stepped up and won the game.

I expect we will see a much better performance from our defense against the Giants vs the last time they played. The defense now understands that Brady needs help. Does anyone agree?

If anybody on the defense sat back during a game, because they though our offense would score a ton of points he should be cut. This week and not go to Az.

Red Zone defense was perfect last week.

Last in the league the rest of the year.

Not sure about that. They were dead last until the bye week but IIRC they were at the top of the league after that despite the lapses in week 17 in NY.....

I guess this went over everyone's head.

Big difference is last weeks defense once they knew Brady was hurt.

I don't think the pats decided to play red zone defense this week and decided in week 17 they were gonna let the opponent get tds.

What are you talking about?. Did Peas go to Seau and say "hey look man, Tommy is hurt. You are going to play harder than you normally would & hey Vrabs - Tommy got an ankle issue - no goofing off alright especially in the red zone!?"

No I don't think thats how it happened.

I think Brady was injured early. I think the entire team found out about it within 60 seconds.

I think the defense played better because of it. They stepped it up.

Its my opinion. And I think its bang on.
