It's gonna be a lonnnggg time before the Super Bowl ever comes back to Dallas. The hype-week has been a disaster.

Default **The official Super Bowl thread. **

For those of you who are going to watch the game and want to post about it, please post your comments about the "show" here on this thread.

The "show" starts around 2:30 PM Eastern, so please post your before game, during game, and after game comments here so we don't have a zillion OT threads.

Thanks and enjoy the game as much as you can.

GO PACKERS!!!

When is the Season MVP being announced? That's the extent of my football interest today.

Heh, right on.

“On a day when they could have had impact players David Terrell or Koren Robinson..they took Georgia defensive tackle Richard Seymour, who had 1 sacks last season in the pass-happy SEC and is too tall to play tackle at 6-6 and too slow to play defensive end. This genius move was followed by trading out of a spot where they could have gotten the last decent receiver in Robert Ferguson and settled for tackle Matt Light, who will not help any time soon.”

This the last NFL game for 6 month or more. I'm a football fan and I watched with glee the Colts losing to the Saints last year.

So I will watch the game and hope that the Packers beat the Steelers.

Sure I'm disappointed that the Patriots are not in the game, but life goes on.

The only reasons I'm maybe watching is that it is the last football for 6 months, nothing else to do tonight and I bought a new 60" TV in December to watch the Patriots in the playoffs.

Go Packiz!

Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

I put money on the Over, on the second half having more points than the first, and that John Kuhn will be the first player to score a TD. So, I have some solid reasons to watch the game, on top of cheering for the Packers.

I was standing in front of a 60" @ Costco last week with an itchy finger, and if NE was playing today it would be sitting in my living room today.

Maybe next year they will be under a grand and our team will be playing the last game fo the year.

Gotta watch the suberbowl, come on man.
