In December 2006, my college student son bought an online gift certificate for me from the Pro Shop. I tried to use it this December 2007 and their website ordering form wouldn't take the gift certificate. There were 3 different ways of entering gift certificate numbers and I tried them all without any luck.
I have called the Pro Shop and emailed the Pro Shop many, many times.
No one returns a call or email. No one ever picks up the phone.
The gift certificate was for $25 only. I'm not going to be poor without the $25, but it really sucks that they are ignoring basic customer service.
Has anyone else run into similar problems? Any suggestions?

My wife purchased some stuff for me before xmas. 1/2 the order didn't arrive, even though they charged us. It seemed over the xmas holidays, there was no one there, as her emails and calls went unanswered. About the 28th she finally got ahold of someone, and the worked the issue out. One thing was on backorder, and it was holding up the rest of the shipment. They immediately overnighted the rest (Randy Moss Bobble Head, cool, thanks dear!), and refunded us the $$ on the other (she won't tell me what it was, I think a polo. ) once it was clear it wasn't arriving soon.
It took some time, but they did work it out.
