Are you saying that Bruschiu left before or after that play?
Because Bruschi was the one who stoned the guard he was trying to lead block. It was one of the best plays all game.

No problem, I was at the game and I have a head on view of the Pats bench, from across the field on the 30 - lower level.
I had my binoc's on Watson after he went down. At first it looked really bad and I was thinking knee. After he hobbled to sidelines and sat down, I saw the trainers actually working on his lower leg, or ankle. Then he stood up, walked around for a while and came back in during the next series.
I did not see Bru hurt though?

LOVE New England sports....10 years SEVEN championships!!!
Could someone modify the title to this thread to say "unofficial". This is just someone's observation.
umm, not really....
brushi was defenetely out on the 4rth down stop, cuz even announcer said izzo was in, and then they showed bruschi on sidelines....it was a pretty pivotal play, i think he would have been in if he was healthy...
defenetely got hit
