Default O-line

This game was about the two O-lines.

The Eagles protected Freeny much better than our O-line protected Brady.

Brady didn't have enough time to accuratly throw to Moss or anyone else for a long pass.

I don't think if was much more than that.

Our LB's and front 3 got no pressure on Freeney at all. I'm very much surprised about that. Also, we didn't adjust to the fact that the Eagles successfully took advantage of the middle of the field. We got burn for a number of plays there. And what's up with the 3rd down conversion? Our D just stunk up the joint tonight.

We've always had a problem in the middle. Our LBs are more big than fast.

We tried to get through their O-line to Freeney and got burned when we couldn't get to him.

I agree. I thought the Pats DL play tonight was the worst all season long. The Pats OL seemed to struggle picking up the Iggles blitz packages.

I also saw a Pats LB corps and safety group that looked very slow out there. It sure would be nice of our #1 pick Meriweather could actually show an ability to contribute out there.

Kaczur is a little slow, as we've seen many times now.

If we end up with a top 10 pick and there's a stud OT available, I say we take him, groom him for LT, and move Light to RT in a year. That should be our long term strategy.

NICK KACZUR, tonight anyway, was a MISERABLY HORRIBLE football player. Putrid.

It didn't help that Moss was being mugged all game long and got called for Offensive PI while the Eagles DB's got away with murder.

Whoops, the fingers aren't used to typing about the Eagles. Once the Fr is typed, the fingers assume I am typing about the Colts defense getting by Light.
