Perhaps It might go over the heads of some folks, but I think it'd be a hoot if, when the Patriots come onto the field, the music was changed to "Sweet Georgia Brown"...

That's the song they used to play for the Harlem Gobetrotters all the time.

The way the Pats are playing, it certainly seems like they're the NFL's version of the Globetrotters, and everyone else are the Washington Generals.

This is certainly one of the best years of my life as a Patriots fan.

I didn't hear the Berman quote. I would've mentioned it had I heard it. Sorry for thnking I had an original idea. I'll try not to do so.

I don't know if Berman said it before Sunday, but Al Michaels also made reference to the Globetrotters/Generals during the game.
