Default Stallworth vs Crayton

i think the game could come down to these 2.
Assuming Moss and TO , watson and whitten compensate for each other , these 2 could be in focus.. Done has done well last week but his habit of dropping balls is something to watch for.
Thoughts ?

Its a great thought, but Stallworth has dropped passes but if your right, he'll get the job done. I mean if Moss isn't catching the balls Brady will go to him and he'll use that speed to break off tackles and find the end zone.

The least person you'd expect will find the end zone this Sunday. But for sure it won't be T.O.......if anybody is dropping passes its him.

As much as I like Crayton(Parcells got him as a steal in the '04 7th round), he's really nothing more than a slot receiver. He's only starting b/c of Glenn injured.

With that being said-he's benefitting largely from TO's and Witten's presences. His best asset is his hands-Parcells once said he has THE BEST hands on the team.

Crayton's OK - but we still have another WR Welker plus more depth in the DB to cover it all.

Stall's a better receiver than Crayton. I'd also expect him to have a bigger game than Crayton this sunday, but you never know. Oh, and Stallworth hasn't dropped that many passes this year.

Stallworth was the Saints' top draft pick in '02-I remember being incredibly excited over him b/c of his ability to stretch the field-and when he was healthy, he and Joe Horn would make a dangerous 1-2 punch. It was b/c of them, LeCharles Bentley anchoring the line, and Deuce McCalister that MADE Aaron Brooks' stats alot better than it really deserved.

However-he had the "butterfingers" during his days in New Orleans. *shrugs* good to hear he's gotten past this in NE-I guess people get wiser with age.

As for TO-he never had the dropped passes problems in SF/Philly-don't know why he has them here in Dallas.

Funny thing is I wanted the Patriots to trade for Stallworth when he was on the trading block down in Nawlens. Let's not forget Aaron Brooks was his QB down there, yet he had close to a 1,000 yard season and actually had better stats than Deion Branch while being the number 2 and receiving his passes from that QB I just mentioned . It's safe to say Brady's shown a better ability to get the best out of his receivers don't you think?

Yeah-I was surprised by how well Jabar Gaffney played last year. What's his role on the team? I haven't heard much of him this year.

The Saints needed an MLB at the time(weren't there talks b/w New Orleans and NE at the time, but the Pats didn't have an MLB to fork over at the time?).
