if on Sunday, the Pats have the same guy who videotaped the Jets coaches on the sideline with a pair of high powered binoculars and a tape recorder and have him keep focused on the Chargers coaches the whole game. It would be perfectly legal!

Yes it would, but I don't think Kraft would be too happy about it.
