The Patriots didn’t cheat when they beat the Jets. The photographer was caught BEFORE the coaching staff got a look at it. The Jets got smoked because of their own inadequacies not because the Patriots cheated, they didn’t. The patriots beat the Jets fair and square.

ATTEMPTED cheating IS NOT cheating.

That’s what has been lost throughout this whole ordeal, the Patriots DID NOT cheat, they tried, but didn’t actually pull it off. So remember, the next time you hear how the Patriots cheated, just remind them that the Patriots DID NOT cheat. The Jets and everybody else the Patriots beat, is because the Patriots are better team.

There's no NFL rule against trying to "steal" another teams calls/signals.

OR of actually getting the other teams signals...in fact..Shanahan was quoted in SI in 02 that they had a guy in binoculars and always had the signals by the half...sometimes earlier... SO it's NOT against the rules to OBTAIN the defenisive signals and have an advantage..IF it's done by binoculars...if it's done by video..it's NOT legal...makes sense doesn't it?? Sounds fair and honest??
