Great article. Nothing particularly new, but it definitely helped my mood.

Nothing new indeed, just a reminder that it's supposed to be about football. And how fortunate we are to have the greatest genuine football mind in a generation at the helm here. Should be required reading for all the bandwaggon BB fans who have let his small minded jealousy driven competitors get their shorts all twisted in a PC bunch.
A good reminder....I,for one am happy with BB's after game tv spots....there are a few coaches who made them quite interesting, such as Bill Parcells and his manipulation of the reporters,or outright insulting them when they asked moronic questions....then there are the Herm Edwards or Dennis Green types who wish they had actually thought for a second or two before they spoke....and I recall Mike Martz lambasting a reporter who asked the coach about his upcoming game plan...yep,I'll take Bill and and his coach -speak saying little or speaking in generalities in lieu of that stuff.(although I did get a charge out of Parcells' press conferences..)

That was good to read.......and ya know, it got me thinking. It's the nature of life that nothing is ever perfectly smooth--there's ALWAYS some area of adversity. So, in a perverse way, I say bring on the BS that's going on now w/the videotaping. This, along with Harrison, are what the Pats have to deal with.........better this than a catastrophic injury to somebody they couldn't lose, or something like that, right?
Granted, there's some serious rationalization there, but I think there's some truth to it.

Under Belichick, the Patriots have developed something of a bunker mentality, which serves them well in places like Indianapolis, where they pump in the heat and pump up the sound. We may see a stronger team emerging from the next few weeks.
I missed that NFL promo and would love to see it....if its online anywhere. I didn't see it on youtube.
Hi Bella:
I just checked youtube again and they still don't have it. I did see it on Sunday during the game. With all of the "this is" statements in the commercial I was waiting for a "This is Sparta," but BB was better, well minus the abs....
