I don't think Belichick is doing anything different than he has ever done. The only difference is that the boarder war between the Pats and Jets are as heated as ever and, as Tom Casale and Andy Hart said on Michael Felger's radio show, the Pats are not well liked in the league. Teams are probably more likely to report the Pats just like they are more likely to spread rumors about the Pats like the Pats are going to cut Randy Moss.

I bet most teams do what the Pats did. I also wouldn't be surprised if Mike Tannebaum and Eric Mangini gave marching orders to their security to do everything to find and catch the Pats personnel in the act. I think in this scenario Tannebaum and Mangini were thinking that this was going to be a close game and this controversy would be far bigger.

Every team does their share of cheating. If a team wants to look hard enough, they can find members of the opposing staff trying to steal their signal calling. That has been going on since the beginning of football. That is why before QBs had a speaker in their helmet that many teams had two or three people on the sidelines calling in the plays with only one of them actually calling in the right play. Most teams just don't want to expose the other team because it could come back to bite them later.

You know what would be funny? If the video in that camera was revealed to contain nothing but close-ups of Mangini's gut.

Lol, imagine if there was something creepy like that. And at the end of the tape a clip of Belichick singing into a hairbrush. To be a fly on the wall when Roger Goodell watches that...

This is an attitude I understand, but restrict yourself to Maine and MA.

I just can't believe the PATS were so blatant and stupid.

It totally goes against their normal mode of quiet, concealed and calculated operation.

The BLATANCY is what I have a problem with. If all this did happen, it just seems so ILL-CONCEIVED bordering on something you could see acted out on the WWE. It's so un-PATRIOT!

Does Bill lave some unknown long-term contract he wants to get out of?

As crazy as this sounds.......the whole camera situation is equally crazy.

Personally.....If this turns out to be true and we have to forfeit draft picks, get distracted from the San Diego game and get rightfully labeled as cheaters....I will be wickedly ticked off.
can we fire you???

I still think it will be gay porn and BB, Mankins, and Brady are laughing uncontrollably even as we speak.

I'm hoping it's video from this year's NFL GM's meeting showing a drunk Bill Polian telling everyone what a stiff he thinks Roger Goodell is.
