Default Rodney Harrison Support thread

Yeah, it was a bad decision.

Yes, if it were a Colt Player or any other rival I would be all over it.

But after reading Rodney's statement it confirmed for me what I really felt was most likely his reasons for making a poor decision.

I can tell you in my life, on more then one occasion unfortunately, I have made worse decisions then Rodney did here.

I'm just here to say "can't wait to see you back here in October Rodney".

I'm no less a fan of his then before. Disappointed, yes. But I sure can't throw the first stone.

Screw the rival fans who eat this up.

Hurry back Rodney!

After reading his apology and conference call, any real Rodney fan would probably be willing to accept his apology and give him support. I know that I will.

They'll find out Randy can't run consistently anymore. He'll drive [Tom] Brady and [Bill] Belichick crazy. This is just my personal opinion from what I saw: He's losing his legs. He's becoming an old man fast.

It's not just reading the statement, but knowing the guy. It's not about "the laundry" so much as the person.

Guys like Harrison, Dillon, and now Moss were just caricatures until they get here and you watch them and listen to them. I think as you get to know them a bit, at least as a team member, it moderates the reaction.

That statement was utter Rodney. Perfect.

Stay healthy, get back, no one was going to ever like you anyway - but it was all a persona. Pats fans will support you. I know I will!

Yeah, I'm disappointed. But, I am 37 and have severe arthritis in my hips. If I knew smoking crack would help I'd use it even if it is illegal.
A bad decision on his part, and one one I'm sure he didn't make easily.
Kudo's to him for admitting it, which is more than others have done.
I don't respct Hot Rod any less.
Serve your sentence and come back better than before.
