For those of us that have to wait for NFLN to replay the game on Sat., what happened?, was his limp slight or pronounced? what exactly does accompanied mean? - (ie. without help there is no way he would have walked off the field)

Thanks for any help

He barely made it to the sidelines.

He was not made available to the media after the game. We'll try and find out more from our Gillette Stadium moles....

He jogged a bit off the field after the play. From the replays it looked like he twisted his ankle a little bit. He should be fine for the opener.

One hit and he goes to IR? Is he a man or a mouse?
That injury didn't seem serious did it?

I think some of us feel the Patriots will be better served if he goes on the IR this year so the team still controls him, but doesn't have to worry about a roster spot for him. Next year he will probably have a much better chance of making the team. It's almost like getting an extra draft pick next year.
