After reading PFT, I think ESPN should be ashamed of themselves. The PFT guy is a lawyer and clearly knows a hack of a lot more about what is going on than the hacks at ESPN.

VICK ADMITS EVERYTHING

We've reviewed in detail the plea agreement signed by Michael Vick on Thursday, along with the statement of facts.

Notwithstanding the anonymous source who told the anonymous reporter at ESPN that Vick would not admit to killing dogs or to gambling, Vick admits to everything.

PFT really has used this Vick case to launch its image, I have noticed that the mainstream references them quite often concerning this case. I love PFT but I worry that it no longer will be an underground website that can post whatever they think with little consequences.

Well, the Feds pretty much delivered a slam dunk case of animal cruelty charges for Poindexter, the Virginia prosecutor. I think Vick could be facing some more serious jail time. If he is convicted for killing 8 dogs, he can get 40 years by the state. I assume his plea in federal court is admissible in the state trial. Considering he admits guilt to the charges he would be on trial for, I don't know how he could weasle out of that one.

I really think we may have seen the last of Michael Vick.

Having read PFT multiple times each day over the past few years, what I've noticed is that Florio no longer needs to float crazy ideas that may or may not end up being true. His sources apparently have expanded to the point where his word is being treated as gospel. I've given up reading any media source that is in bed with a particular league. ESPN and the NFL Network serve only as a propaganda extension for the NFL. Mainstream sports writers have climbed so deep into bed with their subjects that unbiased reporting does not exist as we once knew it. I'll take PFT as my source for NFL info...and if he happens to get the story wrong, at least he is entertaining. Can't wait till he discloses who bought Vick's house.
