Question Mike Wright is a freak?

A quote from the PFW blog:

"While [Kenny Smith]'s not quite the athletic freak that fellow defensive lineman Mike Wright is, Smith might have the athletic ability to carve out a special teams spot in addition to his potential backup line duties."

Two questions--
(1) What makes Wright a "freak"?
(2) If he actually is a "freak", was it really (just) injury concerns that kept him from being drafted?

Watch him during kicking coverage. The guy's 6-4, 295 and he usually beats everybody down the field.

Not only does he have great speed on special teams for someone his size, but he combines it with exceptional strength playing at the nose. You rarely see him pushed off the line, and he has amazing strength to shed blocks, even double teams.

Pretty good value for an undrafted free agent

I think he has more value as a backup nosetackle than backup LB, and he's quick for his size, but not LB quick I don't think.
