In patriots today which i watch every day they have a profile of seymour who also lost a bit of his gut.I think this is a sign that the BB / Coach must be pushing them to more healthier zones as if you see in some physical games and afc game the DL`s pass rush went down as the DL got tired.reducing unwanted belly fat will improve the stamina of the players.

Wilfolk should be fine....as long as he is getting roughly the same calorie count per day with his six meals, instead of the three. I wouldn't want him to get any thinner though.

I don't see why active leg and torso muscles can't replace inert quarter pounder flab.
