Exactly! This is old news anyways. I've been a Sox fan my whole life and I could really care less. The only thing that matters is him wearing a silver helmet with an impression of Elvis painted on the side!

Like someone said, why should anyone care about this hat crap? If Curt Shilling can go on ESPN and claim his love for the Steelers while wearing a Roethlisberger jersery a day before the AFC Championship game vs. the Steelers than Tom Brady can privately jog around any city he wants to wearing any hat he cares to (with maybe the exception of a white hood or a Bad Newz Kennels cap!)

Because back then the Sox hadn't won a Series in 83 years, the Yankees were still our Daddy, and Red Sox Nation was feeling very insecure.

I think it's actually smart of him to wear a Yankees hat when he is in NY. Think about it for a second. Can you imagine if Manning lived in Boston and wore a Colts or NY hat? It would make him such a target that he wouldn't be able to live his life the way that he wanted to and I think that is a travesty.

The only attire Brady wears that I will ever care about is his football attire. Sox fans need to get over this. It makes them seem incredibly insecure and pathetic.
