According to my program guide, Patriots All Acess is on tonight at 7 on Channel 5 in Boston.

It is usually on Sat night but not this week. I missed it last Friday night.

Mike at work, Junior was just interviewed by Mike Lynch at Juniors restaurant in SD. He's 100% behind the Patriots as he still thinks as himself as a Patriots player.

Thanks. It's not showing up on My Yahoo's TV listing, so if not for your post I would have missed it. Lynch is sort of a bore and sycophant, but I guess that's what he has to be to have the level of access that he has. Also, I once saw him at Charlie's, the closest thing to a dive in Harvard Square three sheets to the wind. I thought that was pretty cool.

I'll defend Lynch. He is ideal for that program because he doesn't try to be the story: he's amiable and unintrusive but he is enthusiastic about the game and the team and knowledgeable enough to ask the simple questions needed to get his guests talking.

Ah, Charlie's! An excellent place! I've only been there once. It was on the night when New Hampshire played in their championship game and there was plenty of blue-collar enthusiasm for football (although, of course, it may have been some of our local intellectuals cruising -- what do I know? ) I arrived there after an evening drinking club soda while my friends had considerably more. Then, as we ate burgers and fries, I had one beer. And the next morning I was the one who had a hang-over! No fair!

Actually, as I type, you've given me a good idea. If I get finished at work, perhaps I'll head down there later on. (Of course, if I browse Patsfans.com instead of getting on with things, I won't be there any time soon ..

Help me! When is it on in Maine. Anyone know? Normally my DVR picks it up at 5am on Sat but I'm not seeing it scheduled this week. Why the he$$ is it normally on at 5am in Maine anyway? Am I not living in New England?

I just tuned in about 24 minutes too late. They're interviewing I think Marcellus Wiley from the Jaguars.... He actually seems pretty cool. Very articulate, praise for Brady, admitted that the spear in the Jacksonville game was late and they were lucky they didn't get fined. He also picked New England to win.

I have no idea. What Channel in Maine? Channel 8 might carry it at some weird time as they do pre-season games. Down here in the Southern part, I get both.

EDIT: It is on at 5AM on Channel 8 in Portland.
