Can you guys have lock out or remove a person's avatar and signature so that they can't be seen? Particularly if they are slanderous, inciteful, or insulting?

I'm on it... but I've got web servers going down all over the place tonight, so I'm at work in crisis mode right now (clients screaming and whatnot). Please keep reporting his posts, and I'll keep deleting until Ian affects the ban.
