Default Take this for what it's worth....

I just heard Deion Sanders say that Rodney would be back for the San Diego game, and I've heard some rumblings in our media that he might be back this week too. Now I know Sanders is not the most reliable source in the world, but he did sound confident about his info. But again, take it for what it's worth.
Has anyone heard anything new about Rodney's injury?

I'd be sad if I was a Bolts fan -- to have their dreams of a championship ripped away from them by a guy they let go...

No matter who the player is, someone coming directly off an injury or playing with an injury is not going to be as effective as they possibly could. He wouldn't have as huge of an impact as some seem to expect as far as making plays, but it's undeniable his impact as a leader would be extremely important.

Either way, if Rodney plays it's not good news for us, though it would be cool seeing him playing in the Q one more time.

That would be the 1st time in recorded history that Sanders was worth listening to.
Color me skeptical.

Deion did play in Atlanta and probably has some sources there, where Rodney lives. Maybe there's something to it. I have read that Rodney really wants a piece of Schottenheimer for dumping him as a 'has been' after the '02 season. And the rest, as they say, is history.

That remains to be seen... It would be nice to see Rodney play his last game at the Q...

In that case, look for him there the next time S.D. hosts the Super Bowl.

I'd also like to see Junior on our sideline in SD.
