Default OT:Eagles

Watching the game against the cowboys today, iam quite impressed by the job the eagles have done in this game and this season, they lose their QB and are 5-6 and still playing quite well...sure they play in the nfc which helps
the eagles always remind me of the pats in some fashion, their monotonous/expressionless coach who is also a great play caller, great defensive leaders, no big name guys other than the QB,(except the TO fiasco), relative un heralded off line.
they have been consistent since 1999 inspite of people thinking they are out...

The Cowboys couldn't seem to careless. They don't look like a team that wants to go to the Super Bowl.

Tuna looks positively ill again. His Romo is malfunctioning. Playing like a Bledsoe. Too much hype...

As for the Eagles, they seem to be playing better without a franchise QB at the center of their universe.

The Eagles have in the past few years been a solid team..the ONE bump was last year post SUperbowl..TO / Mcnabb and not a factor.. This year even with McNabb gone, Garcia is doing a great job!! And yes..very Patriot-like.. very similar philosophy and with an owner from the area..Lurie.

I agree that Garcia is playing great. Dallas looked like they took the night off for Christmas.

Only in the NFC can a team with a backup QB win 3 consecutive division games on the road.

Philly is on a roll and considering that every other team in the NFC is doing the Jekyll/Hyde thing, they can't be ruled out as a SB contender.

Tony Romo is a victim of his own hype, as I hope Jay Cutler will be in about 12 days

BTW, the look of Carrie's face at the end of the game was priceless, as if to say "I can't believe I fell for this loser Romo." haha
