...Belichick expressed that although all the Super Bowl wins were special, it was SB XXXVI against the Rams that stood out as the one most special and deserving of mention.

I know this is sort of a random, off the wall question, but I have a buddy who is a Giants fan who disbelieves that Belichick would say that.

I googled a bunch for it, listened to the WEEI archives, searched the Patriots website, but couldn't track it down.

If anyone remembers off the top of their head, I'd appreciate any leads.

I think he said it on his weekly radio show with EEI. They might still have it in their audio vault.
