Default Interesting Week 1 Stat

Further to a point I made in another thread that it's virtually impossible to win despite a -2 in turnovers and not win ugly, so far in week 1, no other team has won despite a -2 in turnovers.

In fact, every winning team was a net plus in the turnover department except for the Seahawks (which were even on turnovers and needed a last minute kick) and the Eagles (who were -1).

True. I did notice that while watching the game. Although it could have easily been even in turnovers had the ball not bounced right back in Losman's hands during one snap and the muffed punt/kick return.

Interesting that two clubs with extensive post-season time in this decade were the ones who pulled those wins out with negative turnovers....must be a character flaw.

ESPN had another interesting stat....only 4 of 13 home teams won their opener so far the first week.
