In nickel situations, Geno comes down and plays NB, while Chad Scott or Hawkins come in at FS. This was shown in the preseason games thus far. Warfield has lined up across from Chad Scott with the 2nd/3rd team defense.

Add Gay, Sanders, Tebucky, and possibly Guss Scott to that mix and Warfield is fighting for his life.

I think Andrews is making the club. And I'm not so sure about Tebucky making the team. The big question is Hill, when will they cut their losses with him?

I just counted your roster and you are like 5 people short.

I would add the following to this list:

Britt - OT
LeKevin Smith or Marquis Hill - DL

I would DROP:
Gardner - LB
Don Davis - LB

If Warfield is cut, I will feel SUPREMELY confident in our DB this year. I think he is a solid CB, not a particularly good one, but a solid one.

This defense is REALLY shaping up.
