I don't think BB is that hip in the IT arena......I know he does a lot of corporate speaking gigs on teamwork. I remember a last year during a press confrence, someone asked BB if he used Tivo to see a replay of something and BB had no idea what Tivo was!

I have no idea what BB's IT expertise or knowledge is, but in fairness, TIVO is hardly in the Information Technology arena.
Big difference between managing and analyzing massive amounts of data, and recording FAMILY GUY for later viewing.
TIVO falls into consumer electronics IMO. I wouldn't be suprised if BB wasn't up on Ipods, either.

That was my point, that if BB had no idea what Tivo was then how much could he know about IT. HAHA! I thought I read somewhere that BB does have an ipod. My parents are his age and they both have one and know how to use them, of course I had to show them how to use them and I was the one downloading all the music.....Okay, maybe not!

He has people who deal with that stuff for him. If he needs anything tech related, ten underlings will hop to it. He doesn't have time to learn about it.
If he was a young asst. now, I bet he'd be a full fledged geek.
BTW, did you catch the joke? I don't know if you found it offensive from a female point of view, but I thought it was damn funny.
"He told one about a salesman who won a Pats ticket as an award. The seat, however, was in nosebleed territory so when he notices an empty spot down front and center, he asks if it's available. The man in the next seat says it's his wife's seat. The two have never missed a game, but this time she couldn't make it. So why not give the ticket to a relative? Answer: They were all at his wife's funeral."

On the contrary, I thought Belichick displays tremendous knowledge about the IT area.
In fact, here what he says about IT Storage.
"I guess storage is a good thing. We can always use more of that."

Yeah, I got the joke.....not offended! If I were married I would have wanted my husband at the game too! No reason both of us should be in hell!

Though he's not outgoing, he can deliver a line quite well. Don't know about jokes, though. That's a different skill.
I think you are wrong about him. When HugeCrush and I went to see him in CT, he was very outgoing, smiling and laughing with everyone he met. He was the same way during his lecture. He did tell a few jokes, one at Rodney's expense. I think the BB we see during press conferences is far from the man he is when he is out of sight of the media.
