QB Brady is now healthy. Hoyer should be a better backup after a year.
OL All are now healthy and Vollmer's experience will make the line better than in 2009.
WR We are at least even. There is a large dropoff in the slot from Welker to Edelman. But there is a large gain at the other WR positions, with the addition of Holt, Tate and Price.
TE A major improvement with three quality TE's.
RB We are about the same. Perhaps we will ahve one of taylor or Morris for the entire season, giving us a reasonable 3-man rotation. In any case, these are the same players and we should be at least the same.

Surprised theres been no change at RB, or a little help for the o-line. Tommy has more targets though.
Vollmer and Edelmenn will be a year better.
Someone needs to sit down with Logan and Brady though and get something signed.
Gronk (is this now the official fans name), Hernandez and Price will lift the load on Moss. So yeah. Hoping for a more productive 2010.
Even after the draft, I am worried about the offense. We are counting on rookies & 2nd year players plus we didn't really upgrade the OL. I would feel better if Welker didn't get hurt last season.

Think we will be fine.. Brady has now fully recovered from his surgery, added Tory Holt which is not a huge upgrade, but better than Galloway.. Edelman has a year experience, Welker will be back late in the season.. Tate is an unknown, but he has had a year red shirting..
The three tight ends are huge, the O Line is fine, some new guys that add depth... The Dante Scarnecchia School of O linemen will soon be in session..
Our ST's have improved dramatically, which help everything.. it is all good folks..

I thought that with Dwyer still on the board, they might think about packaging next year's fifth to grab him, but in the absence of that I'm still worried about the running game. We need someone fast. There are a lot of old legs and Maroney back there, and that's not going to cut it.
I'm very happy with the draft from a defensive standpoint. I think we'll regret not drafting Dez Bryant...like REALLY regret it, but McCourty looks like he could be pro bowl talent so I'm over that. Cunningham is going to have huge expectations and a large role to fill. Spikes, Hernandez, and Gronk are sure-fire things. I think those three and McCourty are almost guaranteed to be major contributors in the next five years. Still, we need a running game. If we had someone quick and dangerous back there, it would put a lot of pressure on defenses to figure out what to do with their safeties. As it stands now, again, there is going to be huge pressure on the defense to step up and perform because this unit is not going to score at will. It's a 24 ppg offense without Welker, and that won't cut it unless the defense really steps up. I'm hopeful but don't expect much out of the team next season. That schedule is brutal.

Re: Pats Offense
I would have taken Dez Bryant, however I thought BB did a masterful job with the trades.Getting the #2 in 2011 was just highway robbery.
looking back on the first round,I think we got screwed-up by the Chargers trade, coming up to get Ryan Matthews. If they had stayed in place,I think that Houston would have taken Matthews and we would have gone for Kareem Jackson.
Of course, essentially we got McCourty and ended up with a 3rd,which we didn't have.
So,essentially Jackson-DB vs McCourty-DB + Draft choice..........pretty da-n good,when you look at it that way.

BB has said that McCourty was his target all along.
