In a related story, an exotic dancer told me she loves me and will always be true. I'm sure she's sincere.

I wouldn't call that much of a backpedal, simply lip-service to his current employer. I don't think many people to expect him to stay with the team anyway, so I'd say its a pretty moot point.

Also glad to hear he's 100%. I'm sure he wouldn't just say that.

Deion Branch always reminded me of the Wesley Snipes charater in the Goldie Hawn movie, "Wildcats". Loves to talk...

Somehow I really believe Deion when he says he wants to play out his contract...this time. In fact I'd go so far as to say he's desperate to...

I love this from the guy who claimed Tommy's knee would never, ever be the same based on his own experience just 4-5 months ago...

And as for his health, Branch said he's "100 percent" now, and that he's capable of doing all the things he did as a Patriot. Some of his struggles to produce in Seattle have been due to those injuries he now says he's over. Some have come for other reasons.
Other reasons...way to throw your QB's and coaches under the bus...such a stand up guy our Meion. He couldn't do now what he did thanks to Tommy then if his life, let alone his livlihood, depended on it.

I want him back, but I'll never trust him. Especially about anything contract related.

That's what I was thinking too. This time around, he would love to be held to his current deal but I think just about everyone knows that one way or another, Seattle will not be keeping him on at his current price. At this point, they would probably be glad to get a bag of balls for him but I think it is most likely he simply gets cut.
