At the risk of appearing pedantic.
I am a frequent reader and infrequent poster but I have noticed a trend in a lot of the to Moss or not to Moss thread, the LoMo is made of glass threads, the BB can't draft threads, and last but not least the sky is falling threads.
Personal insults, words like retard, and idiot are frequently being used when there is a disagreement much more frequently than I have seen in the past. Just to perfectly clear it is possible for 2 reasonable people observing the same situation to development oppositional positions. It doesn't make either stupid or retarded it makes them human.
I can only speak for myself but I cringe when I open a thread now because I know I am going to to have to sift through a litany of insults to find much insight into football.
This board is one of the better and more civil NFL discussion boards I have been to and I hope it stays that way. I am respectfully asking, please lets keep it civil and if you really feel the need to make a personal comment send a PM and try not to hijack a thread that started out about football and not someones IQ.
I realize that most readers and posters don't engage in the name calling, but the minority of posters that do can ruin the experience for others.
