Let's see... it's a Larry Johnson cartoon, I'm surprised the Broncos logo wasn't labeled "Broncos Experiment" in typical LJ fashion. I'm not surprised that Belichick looks more like Chris Berman with a weave, given Johnson's art skills. At least it doesn't look traced.

Look at the bottles on the table with the brains in them.

BB is removing the brain of Jake Plummer.

The brain in bottle #1 is the brain of Scott Brunner, which BB 'ectomied' when an assistant with the Giants.

As part of game planning BB removes the brain of the opposing QB (see Manning, Pennington, Bledsoe, McNab, and about 100 other QBs he has faced) and replaces it with the brain of Scott Brunner.

While this cartoon euphamizes it as an actual surgical proceedure, in fact, BB goes into the laboratory and creates defensive schemes that cause the "Brunner Lobe" of the brain of those QBs to control their decision making.
