Now that was better! For the contest players, anyway. 107 people would have won last week if they could have done as well as they did this week. Timing is everything!

This was a week of seconds. The Pats had their second blowout of the season, and we had a perfect score (for the second time this season), a tie (again for the second time), one of whom was a repeat winner (yet again for the second time!)

Fifth time, actually. Once in 2006, once in 2007, once in 2008, and then already twice this year. Record is 64 within 7 points week 4 this year.

His record of picking winning teams is 2-5 this year. In 2007's contest it was 1-18. See a pattern?

Wow, seriously? I know he's been down on the Pats in general the last couple of years, and BB specifically for not drafting linebackers, but that's an eye-opening number. It's doubtful that even the most diehard Pats hater/fan of the [fill in the blank: Colts/Jets/Steelers/etc.] picked the Pats to lose anywhere near that number of games in '07.

Jimke, are you sure you're really a fan of the Patriots?
I'm starting to think that you're a lot more satisfied with a loss than a win on Monday morning.
