Just curious as I have not seen any information on this practice....was it closed so that reporters did not get any information as to who was missing etc etc???

Missing persons
The Patriots worked out at Gillette Stadium in a cold rain. There were several players missing from the media portion of practice, but that is to be expected, as some are given time to rest in a bye week. Those not seen yesterday included Julian Edelman, Fred Taylor, Shawn Springs, Sammy Morris, Jerod Mayo, Junior Seau, Matt Light, Vince Wilfork, Randy Moss, Ty Warren, and Jarvis Green.

My hunch is that BB let Seau catch somes waves.

Thanks...when I posted that I had only looked on the usual blogs..ones from yesterday..Reis, Price etc...thought it was odd...no one had reported details of it. Yes, it's a bye week..but do reporters also take it off?? Thanks..

During the bye-week, the team goes their seperate ways from Thurs - Mon, and back for a Tue am practice.
