Default Will there be pressure to allow points?

There are a lot of people who want the NFL to expand into
Europe.
A one sided or low scoring game would probably not be as good
as a game lot of scoring but not a blow out.

Think BB would listen to such pleas for the "Good of the NFL" ?

Maybe he'll just substitute players a little differently this game.

So...are you saying the NFL will tell BB to allow Tampa some points?? REALLY....I do not think so...it's one thing if it were preseason...but a REAL NFL game...I think BB would do just the opposite...

And, personally, I think that defensive games are more exciting to watch (especially in the 4th quarter). But, then again, I'm one of those "wierd" defense-minded guys.

What do you think happens first?

1) BB resigns
2) BB shaves points in an NFL game

Thread over.

Wow. Yeah, I can see Belichick telling them to play down to the Bucs' level for a good show.

Even if this "doubtfull" thing were to happen, do you think BB would give a rats *** about that and honor a request like that?

Cold day in..........

Won't lie - this one takes the cake.

BB gets paid by Kraft... not the NFL. He doesn't care about the 31 other teams (haven't we heard that enough ?). I don'T think there is any way he would purposely "allow" points. Tampa will score - not because BB feels they have to - but because they are an NFL team. Take Tenn for example, I mean...
