Default Zero pass interference calls against Indy this year?!?!?

Is that true? How is that possible? Do they just play so deep that they don't have to risk it? That's a mind-blowing stat.

it is crazy, but they have allowed a little over 66% completion rate to opposing qb's

Well, when your coach and your GM are both co-chairs of the sub-committees in the Competition Committee, which works closely on a daily basis with the Director of Officiating, which deals with the actual officiating teams, well, how could you expect anything less?

The rules are clear: If you knock down, grab, facegaurd, hold, or otherwise interfere with the recievers right to catch the ball, it's pass interference if you don't have a horseshoe on your helmet.

so when we play the colts, can we put manning's face with a horseshoe around his neck on our helmets?

To me that is actually more a statement of their poor cover skills that an advantage in refereeing.

A good DB will get pi calls. They all get beaten. If you arent close, you cannot interfere.

It also says they are not at all phyical in pass defense.

This will be exploited in the playoffs.

All the talk about the Colt O on turf ignores the fact that they have to cover people on that stuff too.

If they didn't have a good pass rush, let's say they had as poor as the pats did early in the year, their secondary would have performed worse than ours.
