there are a couple drafts, 03 looks to be the brightest, some bad years too. you have to throw out 07.
No you don't. Sure they used their draft picks to acquire strong veterans in 07, but the actual players they drafted were horrific aside from Meriweather
The Colts and Steelers are better examples of teams that build through the draft, the Patriots don't draft well but they get good free agents that fit the team (usually)
i wonder how many other teams have 44% of their draft picks over the course of a decade still in the NFL
