You'd think Connolly would have been the first to go, but he's injured (although he is PS eligible). I'm guessing Wendell goes straight to the PS.

I was surprised. However, perhaps this means that Simmons is ready to be active and the backup at center. It seems unlikely that Ohrnberger is ready to backup at both center and guard.

I am not surprised as Wendell is more of a pure C than Ohrnberger and Connolly who have the flexibility to play C and G. I think this is probably a sign that Connolly is healthy now. My guess is Ohrnberger's preseason performance has kept him off the active roster and that we are going to keep him inactive most of the year.

I had him ahead of Connolly too, but there was the report of Conolly being sought after by some teams and Wendell may be the one BB thinks has the lowest profile which would allow him to clear waivers and make the PSquad again.

Except I don't think Simmons is backup C material. BB even said they were trying him at T, but I don't think he's ever played C. However, Ohrnberger did in the preseason.
