Classless Ryan and his game captains - New England Patriots Forums

This has been eating at me since yesterday. I wanted to give it some time so to see if my prospective had changed.

However, even with sleeping on it, I think that Ryan's appointment of team captians yesterday was bush league and totally insulting to the Patriots. This is not pee-wee football. You have your tream captians for the year- send them out. Don't appoint special game captains, all former Patriots and one a back up QB, just to get a dig in.

And to top it off, the Jets are complaining about the cold handshake that BB gave to Ryan after the game. I would have spit in the fat bastard's hand after that stunt. I hope Rex enjoyed his victory meal at the Country Buffet.

And the Jerts fans see nothing wrong with what fart Rex did but have berated BB for his "cold handshake". I guess that's what 40 years of losing does to people.

I never thought it would be possible for me to hate a team more than I do the Giants. However the classles Jets fans and their porker coach have just moved up to #1.

Now I'm ready to start thinking about Altanta.

Who cares really. Bottom line is we couln't shut them up the rest is irrelevant. They won bottom line if we didn't like that we should've done our talking on the field. We couldn't do it so..

I thought that was totally classless prank yesterday and still do. BB is like an elephant though...he never forgets.

I'll never understand the 'cold handshake' complaint from other coaches. What are they looking for, a hug? I'd like to analyze the post game handshake of ALL of the other games yesterday and see just how "warm" the other losing coaches were in their handshake.

Fat Rex has created enough bad karma to last a life time.
The whole think from appointing O'Connell captain to having the expats players come out for the handshake to insulting BB all of it is so trailer trash.

The 2009 JETS are trailer trash and I guarantee you the bad karma will come around to bite them in the ***** with injuries and bad breaks over the rest of the season. they will become teh most hated team in the league

I made a account so I could post about this... The Jets this year have no captains. Rex Ryan chooses guys every week to be captains. We have no player that has a "C" on their logo. The reason it is like this is when Rex Ryan was in Baltimore they had no set captains either.

May not happen for a year or two but eventually Bill will cost porky his job. He always eventually does that to JETS HC's.

The JETS were built to win now. They always are, but they never do. His trench and core players will age out quickly and Shotsie's kid will bolt for his own HC gig after this season. That's when he will find out what it's like to be a HC when the NY/NJ fans and media turn on you because you're the most replaceable commodity in the Meadowlands. Mangini was a lock last November yet he was gone days after December because Favre's arm fell off and they faded down the stretch...

Kolber is the one chasing down someone who said he's going in. SHE was classless. How rude is it to shove a mic in someones face after they said "No, thank you."?

You Jets fans often look ridiculous. You sit there and nitpick every little thing Bill Belichick does, and insult him at every turn because of whatever this weeks "L00k how BellyCheet is an Ashole this WEEK!" thread you have going. The worst part about it is how transparent it is. He turned down your team to come to our team, the NY media and fans had a field day with it and haven't gotten over it in 10 freaking years.

The fact is, Bill Belichick is complementary of every single opponent the Patriots play every week. How you morons turn that into "classless" is beyond me. It must be pathetic being a jilted lover 10 years later.
