Default Training Camp starts in 3 weeks

How long until we hear about the signings of the rookies we drafted? Shouldn't they be signed before training camp because they cant participate in training camp if you dont have a contract?

Uh, history shows that the rooks sign in the final days and hours before TC opens, certainly not now. Some few occasionally even sign a day or so after camp opens.

Each year at this time, I get antsy because the Patriots have signed
few if any of their draft choices. For me it goes back to the old days
when they had to compete against the NFL for player talent. Most
of the time the Patriots came out second best.

I expect to see them sign some more draft picks any day now. All bodies
will be in place by the start of training camp. Except for an occasional
#1 pick (Watson), they have had no trouble corralling their picks.

I don't anticipate any holdouts. They stupid if they do.

Thankfully we don't have any holdouts but Training Camp is right around the corner (thank god). This is the slowest part of the offseason and on July 31st it all ends and then we are 6 weeks away from "real" games, just two weeks away from Preseason games.
