Interesting. I didn't think that rule applied to players who hadn't signed their tenders.

Cool......I was there last night and after Caserio went into detail about how they grade players as Juniors I asked him if he could tell us how he rated Chung last May.

Cool to see an answer to my question being used in an article....(I think Reiss used it too)
